PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION OF MARTIAL ARTS INSTRUCTORS

PAMAI

Every January, instructors from around the country travel to Sarasota, Florida to improve their skills and expand their knowledge at the annual PAMAI - National Instructors Conference.

The Professional Association of Martial Arts Instructors (PAMAI), is the educational arm of American Budokai International and is based in Sarasota, Florida.

Founded in 1983, the first PAMAI conference offered instruction in basic first aid, CPR, fundamentals of exercise science, anatomy, physiology, public speaking and close quarter combat.

Now, over twenty years since its inception, the annual PAMAI conference has become the "think tank" for American Budokai International member instructors, who receive certification as PAMAI Instructors.
