Membership in American Budokai International is open to all styles and ranks, both Kyu and Dan belts. 

To be eligible for membership the applicant must be of unquestionable character and train in a traditional style, which is taught by at a reputable school under a legitimately ranked and qualified instructor.

ABI offers annual membership for Kyu and Dan members. 

A School of National Accreditation Membership is available for affiliates.

Among the many benefits of membership are valuable discounts at ABI sponsored events, such as the Great American Martial Arts Camp, The Professional Association of Martial Arts Instructors National Training Conference and other popular gatherings.  Members will also receive an official ABI certificate, uniform insignia, bumper sticker, ABI merchandise order form, personalized membership folder and other special discounts.
